I accidently summoned Cthulhu
SOUND ON!!
When the newly joined Cultist takes a crack at the evil spells beyond the supernatural, he accidently creates a summoning ritual and awakens the dark elder god Cthulhu!
How to Play:
Match the incoming runes on the ancient scroll to the runes on the ground, pickup the runes before the incoming rune disappears...but watch out for the tentacles and the madness that creeps into you.

WASD - Move
Left Click - Dash

I can't really seem to pick up other runes after the first one. Not sure why.
That’s because the hitbox for the runes is exactly the flat surface of the graphic. With the character being a flat surface and the perspective of the camera it’s a little hard to land on the rune. Sorry about that.
Ah i see. Interesting take tho. I'd like to see more of it perhaps after the jam <3
